The training departments invite companies and all their partners to come and present their internship offers to students. Individual or group interviews are conducted during these meetings. Each year, the 4000 students in initial training at the IUT of Aix-Marseille do an internship of one to three months.

Every year, professionals run the Recruitment Consulting Workshops at the Aix-en-Provence and Marseille Saint-Jérôme sites. They allow students to prepare for their future professional interviews: internships, work-study programs, jobs, oral exams, etc.

Créa-IUT is a network of establishments that make students aware of business creation. The Business and Administration Management department in Gap participates in a very dynamic way. This operation takes place over two years and allows students to consider creating their own business or to accompany a project leader. This professional setting allows a transversal approach to knowledge, mobilizing knowledge and skills and developing the students' ability to manage a project and work in a team. Each group of students, supervised by teachers, presents their fictitious business creation project at the Business Creation Juries, which bring together professionals and economic players from the local area.
