Comment s’inscrire à l’IUT en tant qu’étudiant issu du programme ERASMUS / How to apply to the IUT when you are an Erasmus Exchange Student

Les étudiants ERASMUS sont sélectionnés par leurs établissements d’origine qui les nomine auprès du service des relations internationales de l’IUT. Le service des relations internationales de l’IUT envoie alors à l’étudiant les démarches suivantes à entreprendre :

Erasmus students are selected and nominated by their home institution. They are then contacted by the International Relations Office of the IUT with the following instructions:

1 - Inscrivez-vous en ligne avant le 15 juin 2020 pour le 1er semestre et le 30 novembre pour le 2ème semestre / Pre-apply online before June 15th, 2020 for the 1st semester or November 30th for the 2nd semester :

• Il vous faudra tout d’abord créer un compte dans la partie inscription à droite de l’écran et ensuite vous connecter sur la partie gauche de l’écran.

You will first need to create an account in the registration area on the right-hand side of the screen and then log in on the left-hand side of the screen.

• Téléverser vos relevés de notes, une attestation de niveau de langue, le contrat d’études signé par le responsable de votre établissement, une brève lettre de motivation confirmant votre niveau d’étude actuel et le programme que vous souhaitez étudier à l’IUT d’Aix Marseille et toutes les autres pièces demandées si cela vous concerne. Par contre, la lettre de recommandation et le curriculum vitae ne sont pas nécessaires. / Upload your academic transcripts, proof of your French/English language level, the Erasmus learning agreement signed by the head of your institution, a brief motivation letter confirming your current level of study and the program you wish to study at the Aix Marseille IUT and finally, any other document requested that may concern you. However, the letter of recommendation and curriculum vitae are not necessary.

• Merci de nous indiquer si vous souhaitez une chambre universitaire et suivre les cours les cours de français. / Please let us know if you would like to rent accommodation in one of our student residences and if you would like to register for a French language course.

2- Une fois votre dossier MoveOn complet, nous vous enverrons un formulaire pour finaliser votre inscription. / Once your MoveOn file is complete, we will send you a form to finalize your registration.

Vous pouvez contacter la responsable des étudiants entrants Kateryna Garkun pour toutes les questions. / You can contact the Incoming Students Coordinator Kateryna Garkun  for any questions.

• Envoyez le formulaire rempli à Kateryna Garkun avant le 30 juin 2020. Indiquez dans l’objet du mail “DOSSIER ENTRANTS 2020-2021 + your name” / Fill in the application form and send it to Kateryna Garkun before June 30th 2020. Title your e-mail “DOSSIER ENTRANTS 2020-2021 + your name”

• Nous vous communiquerons ultérieurement un rendez-vous avec la scolarité afin de vous remettre votre carte d’étudiant et votre emploi de temps à votre arrivée. / You will be given an appointment with the admissions office at a later date in order for you to get your student card and your time schedule upon your arrival.

3- Lettre d'admission / Admission Letter

Quand votre dossier sera complet, nous éditerons une lettre d’admission et nous l’enverrons à la fois à votre établissement d’origine ainsi qu’à vous par courriel. Si vous en désirez un exemplaire au format papier merci de nous en faire part. / When your application is complete, we will issue an admission letter and send it to both your home institution and to you by email. If you would like a paper copy, please let us know.

4 - Logement / Housing

Réservez votre logement: Merci de visiter les sites web de réservation locative universitaire et de  confirmer si vous voulez une chambre à Kateryna Garkun. Si tel est le cas, vous recevrez un courriel qui vous invitera à vous connecter sur Interlog (notre plateforme d’hébergement étudiant) et il vous sera proposé d’accepter ou de rejeter l’offre d’hébergement dans la résidence universitaire choisie. Vérifiez dans vos spams et indésirables ! / Reserve your accommodation: Please visit the student residence websites and confirm if you would like to book a room by writing to Kateryna Garkun. You will then receive an email inviting you to log on to Interlog (our student accommodation platform) and you will be asked to accept or reject the accommodation offer in the selected student residence. Check your spam / junk mail!

5 -  Documents

Voici les documents que vous devez apporter le jour de votre arrivée à l’IUT  / Here the list of documents that you must bring on the day of your arrival at the IUT :

  • Le dossier d’inscription finalisé / The final application form
  • Une copie de votre passeport en cours de validité / Copy of your valid passport
  • Votre carte d’assurance santé européenne / European health card for EU students
  • Une photo d’identité style passeport (obligatoire) qui servira pour la création de votre carte d’étudiant. / A proper passport photo to issue your student card.

6- Welcome Desk

Planifiez votre visite au bureau d’accueil des étudiants étrangers / Organise your visit to the International student desk

Le guichet d’accueil des étudiants internationaux sera ouvert du 31 août au 25 septembre 2020 à l’adresse suivante / The information desk for international students will be from August 31st to September 25th, 2020 at the following address :

  • Le Cube 29 rue Robert Schuman, Aix-en-Provence
  • Espace Pouillon - Saint Charles 3 place Victor Hugo, Marseille.

Comment s’inscrire à l’IUT en tant qu’étudiant international en échange et hors Union Européenne / How to apply to the IUT when you are a Non-EU Exchange Student

Vous venez d'une de nos universités partenaires situées aux États-Unis, au Canada ou en Colombie, ou vous faites partie du programme malaisien ou du programme ULULA-Campus France. / You are coming from one of our partner universities located in either the USA, Canada, or Colombia or you are part of the Malaysian programme or you are part of ULULA-Campus France programme.

Les étudiants en échange sont sélectionnés par leurs établissements d’origine qui les nomine auprès du service des relations internationales de l’IUT. Le service des relations internationales de l’IUT envoie alors à l’étudiant les démarches suivantes à entreprendre / Exchange students are selected and nominated by their home institution. Comment s’inscrire à l’IUT en tant qu’étudiant issu du programme ADIUT / How to apply to the IUT when you are a student coming from the ADIUT network

Les étudiants en échange sont sélectionnés via le réseau ADIUT qui les nomine auprès du service des relations internationales de l’IUT. Le service des relations internationales de l’IUT envoie alors à l’étudiant les démarches suivantes à entreprendre : /

Exchange students are selected and nominated via the ADIUT network. They are then contacted by the International Relations Office of the IUT with the following instructions:

1- Inscrivez-vous en ligne / Apply online:

Il vous faudra tout d’abord créer un compte dans la partie inscription à droite de l’écran et ensuite vous connecter sur la partie gauche de l’écran. /

You will first need to create an account in the registration area on the right-hand side of the screen and then log in on the left-hand side of the screen.

Vous n’avez pas de documents à téléverser. Veuillez envoyer à Kateryna Garkun une copie de votre visa. Merci de la contacter pour toute question. / You do not need to upload any documents. However, please send a copy of your visa to Kateryna Garkun. You may contact her for any questions.

Merci de nous indiquer si vous souhaitez une chambre universitaire et suivre les cours les cours de français. / Please let us know if you would like to rent accommodation in one of our student residences and if you would like to register for a French language course.

2 - ADIUT

Une fois votre venue confirmée par l’ADIUT nous vous contacterons pour vous mettre en rapport avec votre tuteur et nous vous communiquerons votre date de rentrée ainsi qu’un rendez-vous avec le bureau des relations internationales et la scolarité pour vous remettre votre carte d’étudiant et l’accès à votre emploi de temps. /

Once your arrival has been confirmed by ADIUT we will contact you to put you in touch with your tutor and we will inform you of your start date. You will also be given an appointment with the admissions office at a later date in order for you to get your student card and your time schedule upon your arrival.
