    You have been admitted to the 1st year of the BUT program on Parcoursup, you have definitively confirmed your wish (no wish pending) and you have a baccalaureate.

    Your registration is made in 3 mandatory steps:

    Step 1: Contribution to Student and Campus Life (CVEC)

    All students enrolled in initial training and apprenticeship programs at a French higher education institution must pay this fee. It is collected by the CROUS and is used to improve the living conditions of students on campus.

    Connect to theMesServices.Etudiant.gouv.fr platform and follow the procedure.

    Download the certificate of payment of the CVEC (by payment or exemption) which includes the CVEC certificate number.

    The amount of the CVEC for 2021 is 92 euros and the exemption will be automatically taken into account on the CROUS website if you have a scholarship.

    Please note: students on a professionalization contract are not subject to the CVEC.

    Step 2: Online administrative registration

    The online registration site will be open:

    • from July 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. to July 16, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. for candidates who have definitively accepted an admission offer before July 11, 2021 inclusive
    • until July 23, 2021 at noon, then from August 23, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. to August 27, 2021 for candidates who have definitively accepted an admission offer between July 12, 2021 and August 22, 2021 inclusive.
    • until September 10, 2021 for candidates who have definitively accepted an admission offer from August 23, 2021.

    Case n°1: Never registered at Aix-Marseille University?

    Makeyour first registration online. Once your registration is complete, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to activate your Digital Working Environment (ENT).

    Case n°2: Registered at Aix-Marseille University in 2020-2021?

    Re-register via your ENT (Digital Workspace), "re-registration" tab.
    The registration fee of 170 euros must be paid online by credit card (secure payment) unless exempted (scholarship holder, apprentice, professional contract or ward of the nation).

    Step 2: Online administrative registration

    All students enrolled in initial training and apprenticeship programs at a French higher education institution must pay this fee. It is collected by the CROUS and is used to improve the living conditions of students on campus.

  • BUT Re-registration

    This procedure concerns :

    • students who have been admitted to the 2nd year of the DUT
    • students who are repeating their 2nd year of the DUT
    • students who have been admitted to repeat their 1st year of BUT and who must re-enroll in their 1st year of BUT

    Your registration takes place in 3 mandatory steps:

    Step 1: Contribution to Student and Campus Life (CVEC)

    All students enrolled in initial training and apprenticeship programs at a French higher education institution must pay this fee. It is collected by the CROUS and is used to improve the living conditions of students on campus.

    Connect to the CROUS platform: MesServices.Etudiant.gouv.fr and follow the procedure.

    Download the certificate of payment of the CVEC (by payment or exemption) which includes the CVEC certificate number.

    CVEC amount for 2021: 92 euros. The exemption will be automatically taken into account on the CROUS website if you are a scholarship holder.

    Please note: students on a professionalization contract are not subject to the CVEC.

    Step 2: Online administrative registration

    Re-register through your Digital Work Environment (ENT), "re-registration" tab.

    Registration periods to be respected:

    • from 15/07/2021 at 2:00 pm to 23/07/2021 at 12:00 pm, then from 23/08/2021 at 2:00 pm to 10/09/2021 for repeat students after the 1st year DUT who must re-enroll in the 1st year BUT,
    • from July 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. to July 23, 2021 at 12:00 p.m., then from August 23, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. to September 17, 2021 for students admitted to the second year of the DUT or those repeating the second year.

    The registration fee of 170 euros must be paid online by credit card (secure payment) unless exempted (scholarship holder, apprentice, professional contract or ward of the nation).

    Step 3: Submission of supporting documents on ENT

    Deposit your documents in your Digital Work Environment (ENT), "Schooling" tab, "Supporting documents" section.

    Once your administrative registration has been completed and the supporting documents have been deposited in your ENT, the schooling department will proceed with the verification and validation of your registration file.

    You will receive an e-mail as soon as your school certificate is available in your ENT, in the "registration" section. Your student card will be updated by the schooling department at the beginning of the academic year.

    You have been accepted in the 2nd year of the DUT in Biological Engineering or GACO via the eCandidat platform and you have confirmed your admission.

  • BUT 1st year

Make your first registration online. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an e-mail indicating the procedure to follow to activate your Environnement Numérique de Travail (ENT).

Cette procédure concerne les étudiants de la formation DESU GOL : 1ère inscription et réinscription

Première inscription au DESU GOL : candidats qui ont confirmé leur admission dans eCandidat.

Étape 1 : Contribution à la vie étudiante et de Campus (CVEC)

Concerne uniquement les étudiants bénéficiaires d'un contrat d'apprentissage.

Les étudiants bénéficiaires d’un contrat de professionnalisation ou relevant de la formation continue ne sont pas assujettis à la CVEC.

Tous les étudiants inscrits en formation initiale et en contrat d'apprentissage dans un établissement d'enseignement supérieur en France doivent s'en acquitter. Elle est collectée par le CROUS et sert à améliorer les conditions de vie des étudiants sur les campus.

  • Connectez-vous à la plateforme MesServices.Etudiant.gouv.fr et suivez la procédure.
  • Téléchargez l'attestation d'acquittement de la CVEC avec QR Code.

Montant 2023 de la CVEC : 100 euros.

Attention : les étudiants bénéficiaires d'un contrat de professionnalisation et les stagiaires de formation continue ne sont pas concernés par la CVEC.

Étape 2 : Inscription administrative en ligne

Le site d'inscription en ligne sera ouvert du 06/07/2023 à 14h au 21/07/2023 à 12h, puis du 21/08/2023 à 14h au 15/09/2023 à 12h.

Cas n°1 : Jamais inscrit à Aix-Marseille Université ?

Réalisez votre 1ère inscription en ligne. Une fois l'inscription terminée, vous recevrez un courriel vous indiquant la procédure à suivre pour activer votre Environnement Numérique de Travail (ENT).

Cas n°2 : Inscrit à Aix-Marseille Université en 2022-2023 ?

Réalisez votre réinscription en passant par votre ENT (Espace Numérique de Travail), onglet "réinscription".

Dans les deux cas, à l’issue de la procédure d’inscription en ligne, votre dossier sera automatiquement mis en attente. Cette procédure ne remet en cause votre inscription qui sera finalisée après vérification par la scolarité. 

Étape 3 : Dépôt des pièces justificatives en ligne

Déposez vos documents dans votre Environnement Numérique de Travail (ENT) onglet "Scolarité", rubrique "Pièces justificatives".

Une fois votre inscription administrative réalisée et les pièces justificatives déposées dans votre ENT, le service de la scolarité procédera à la vérification et la validation de votre dossier d’inscription (toute fausse déclaration ou production de faux documents entraînera l’annulation de l’inscription).

Vous pourrez ensuite récupérer votre certificat de scolarité dans votre ENT, rubrique « inscription ».  Votre carte d’étudiant vous sera remise à la rentrée universitaire.

Réinscription au DESU GOL     

Concerne les étudiants déjà inscrits dans la formation en 2022-2023

Étape 1 : Contribution à la vie étudiante et de Campus (CVEC)
